Women 65 and older

Age 50 for most people, earlier if there is a risk factor e.g. colorectal cancer

MAMMOGRAM

Women 40 years and older get 1-2 years

PAP SMEAR

21 year old needs every 2 years

30 year (normal pap smear) every 3 years

65 years old may stop after consulting with your doctor

PSA

Men 50 year and older

EYE EXAM

Every year for all diabetic

FOOT EXAM

Every visit

OVERWEIGHT

If your BMI is less than 18.5 is underweight  range

If your BMI is 18.5-24.9 it falls within  the normal/ healthy range

If your BMI is 25.0-29.9 it falls within  the overweight range

If your BMI 30 or higher if falls within obese range.
